Radio Program 223

The focus of this week’s Paper Tracker radio program is on healthy and affordable food.

We continue our talk with the General Manager of the Mai Wiru Regional Stores Council Aboriginal Corporation, David Schomburgk.

This program includes the second part of the interview and we focus on what Mai Wiru has achieved so far, and some of the challenges people face in terms of buying and preparing healthy food at home.

David lets us know about the Mai Wiru Sugar Challenge which is about stores providing information on how much sugar is in different products and how people can eat less sugar to stay healthy and reduce the number of people with diabetes and needing dialysis.

The Paper Tracker works hard to provide accurate and up-to-date information. We will correct any inaccurate information as soon as it is brought to our attention. Please contact us if you have additional information or can provide us with an update.
