Keith Darwin works for the State Education Department. His current role is to manage the building of a multi-million dollar residential trade training centre on the APY Lands. The centre, which is being built at Umuwa, will provide industry-standard trade training to Anangu secondary school students. Up to 20 students will be able to live and study at the centre at a time when it opens in mid 2012.
