In 2008, the South Australian Government began a formal review of the Aboriginal Lands Trust Act 1966.

Last December, the Government released draft legislation for comment and community consultation.

In this interview, Nerida Saunders and Sarah Avey from the Government’s Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation Division discuss the draft legislation and what it might mean for Aboriginal people across the State.
