This program examines moves to formally recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the Australian Constitution. It includes interviews with Mick Gooda (Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Justice Commissioner and a member of the Government’s Constitutional Recognition Panel), Mark Waters (State Manager of Reconciliation SA), and Peter Nyaningu, a Traditional Owner on the APY Lands.
