Interview with Pitjantjatjara/Yankunytjatjara interpretation

This week’s interview is with Australia’s Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), Mr Simon Cohen.

The role of the office of the TIO is to help to settle disputes or complaints between customers and their phone and internet service providers. The TIO is independent and does not take sides. Its job is to try to resolve complaints or disputes as quickly and easily as possible.

Simon Cohen provides an overview of the role of the TIO and how it can help people to sort out problems or disputes that they have with their service providers. He lets listeners know how they can contact his office and the steps that need to be followed.
