Late last year, the South Australian Government released draft legislation that it hopes will replace the out-dated Aboriginal Lands Trust Act 1966.  If passed by Parliament, this legislation will significantly reform the structure and focus of the Aboriginal Lands Trust and its relationships with the State Government.

In this program, Nerida Saunders and Sarah Avey from the Government’s Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation Division discuss the draft legislation and its likely impact for Aboriginal people across the State.
